They are professional, and they know how to diagnose problems and fix cars like no others. My vehicle was repaired a few times for different issues, and I was so glad City Auto Center was there for me - their services were superb, the quality was unparalleled, and the price was so much more friendly! One time my car just broke down right in the middle of the road, and I called City Auto Center because I didn't have road-side assistance. Mr. Sandhu was so gracious and offered to send their towing truck to move my car. They arrived within 15 minutes and saved my life! My car had a deer accident a short while ago, and I used City Auto Body to repair the fender, the front light, and the door. They were super efficient and did a fabulous job with the repair. After the repair, my vehicle looks so much nicer, and the paint matched the original color perfectly! They continue to impress me with their work ethic and extremely high-quality jobs, and they are people with high moral principles too! They are the best!

I just picked up my car from City Auto Body in East Windsor, NJ. For the 2nd time since I bought this 2025 MB 4 months ago, someone played tag with it in a parking lot, leaving me with scratches, dents and a broken tail light on my back bumper. Earlier this week the front drivers side panel showed the results of another cars paint (or an out of control shopping cart), In each case I was furious at what happened to my very expensive new car . Enter Deep, the manager of City Auto Body. I first met him when I stopped in for a quick estimate after the first incident. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and very reasonable with his estimates. My car was returned both times looking as good as the day I purchased it. Not a hint of either incident and it was returned when promised at the price discussed. Cleaning the interior was an unexpected bonus. I cannot say enough good things about this business. A fuel injector failed while traveling on vacation and City Auto Center 11 in Hamilton, New Jersey saved the day!!
I previously had 1 fuel injector installed at home and another one failed while on the road. Uppy Sandhu from City Auto Center II diagnosed the issue and recommended changing the other 5 injectors as he said they tend to fail at the same time. He initially checked the coils as the code said it was either a coil or an injector, the diagnosis and repair involved 3 to 4 hours labor as the manifold had to be taken off twice. The total bill for parts and labor for the 5 injectors was $750 and the diagnostic fee was waived, I had paid almost $500 to my garage at home to replace 1 injector so I was very happy with the price and the fact that he worked on the car right away!
While I was there another customer came in and told be that City Auto Center 11 was great, always did good work and at a much lower cost than his previous garage.
It is nice to know that there are honest people that will help you out without taking advantage of you. Keep up the good work!!!
